We are currently experiencing an issue with our Cable internet service in Montreal,QC. Customers will notice abnormal lights on the modem and will be unable to browse. We have escalated the issue to our relevant carrier; however we do not currently have a time of resolution. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
We are seeing congestion on the Bell network today which is affecting bell Home phone and bell mobility. This should not affect calls in progress but could cause problems for clients trying to reach us. this issue is intermittent and only at peak hours of usage during business hours.
